Site Remediation Program Database Search Page

| The Site Remediation Program ("SRP") database
identifies the status of all voluntary remediation projects administered
through the Pre-Notice Site Cleanup Program (1989 to 1995) and the
Site Remediation Program (1996 to the present). The database may be
searched by the 10-digit Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
identification number ("LPC #"). Searching by the LPC # is the
surest and quickest way to find site information. As an alternative, the
database may be searched by the site name, address, city,
ZIP code, or any combination of these. This latter information does not
have to be exact nor complete. Enter as much information as possible to
narrow a search. |

| A successful search will return one or more records (an
unsuccessful search will indicate No records returned). The LPC #
will appear as a hyperlink (underscored in blue). Click on the hyperlinked
LPC # to display additional information about a selected site. |
